About
About
A friendly local class, suitable for young and old. Tai Chi is a Martial Art originating in China however it is mainly practiced for health these days. The movements are low impact and can be adapted to suit most abilities while still exercising the body and mind. We also practice Qigong (sometimes called Chinese Yoga) to warm up. The exercises are mainly done standing either stationary while holding different postures or with slow movement.
